FF3usME is an editor for the SNES versions of Final Fantasy VI. It works with both revisions of the US release (Final Fantasy III) and the Japanese release. It is a very easy to use, yet powerful editor, which makes it ideal for beginner and expert ROM hackers alike.
Features include editing monster stats and battle scripts (AI), battle formations, items and equipment data, magic data, starting character stats, magic, and stat growth, and palettes among other things.
A note of caution: If the ROM you open has no header, the utility will treat as any other ROM and not offer its entire toolset.
