Mega Man 3 Editor is an unimaginatively named editor for Mega Man III from the creator of FF3usME. It is a fully featured editor which allows you to fully edit the game’s stages, including the screens (and the 16×16 and 32×32 metatiles that make up those screens), the scroll data, palettes, and objects that make up each one.
It has a feature unique among Mega Man editors–the ability to highlight only a certain type of collision. This makes dealing with multiple metatiles, which use the same tiles but a different collision type, much easier than with other editors.
This editor does not work on Windows Vista.
