Generate an 8-bits BMP file from a Nintendo DS Nitro font.
- Usage: nftr2bmp fontname bmpname horizontal_tiles [tile_rotation]
- ‘fontname’ must be a valid NFTR file
- ‘tile_rotation’ must be 0-1-2-3 for 0-90-180-270 degrees (0 by default)
