Description:
Script/Font Editor for Little Master Niji Iro No Maseki. Included is the source code. Written in VB.Net/VB6… and some stuff in C#.
The prerequisites folder contains exactly what you need to get the tile editor running. (Windows 7 users will need to run installers in compatability mode with Win XP.)
Vice Campbell requires .Net 2.0 Runtime(not included.)
This editor is largely unfinished, but I was able to use it to insert text into a good portion of the game.
This binary/source release is meant for educational purposes. I am not responsible if it blows up your machine or otherwise causes havoc.
