Filename: can be “SOME_NAME.PAC” or “SOME_NAME.INFO.BIN”
If [Filename] is “SOME_NAME.PAC” program tries to decompress file into “FILES” directory and creates “SOME_NAME.INFO.BIN” file for the future recompression operation.
If [Filename] is “SOME_NAME.INFO.BIN” program tries to compress files from the corresponding “FILES*” directory into *.PAC file.
