Description:
This program is supposed to replace the old CPE2X and CPE2EXE conversion tools (used with the PSY-Q SDK), since neither seems to work on the latest x64 platforms (I’m running a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate edition x64).
What it does is a simple conversion from the CPE format into something the PlayStation can understand out of the box, that is a PS-X EXE file.
The package comes with source code and a Visual Studio 2005 project.
