Description:
Wily’s Toolbox is a level editor for Mega Man: Dr. Wily’s Revenge, capable of editing the level maps and object placements for all levels, as well as the base properties of all objects and weapons. In addition, while it cannot edit them as there’s still related data not yet understood, it also shows Mega Man’s spawn point per level segment and the exits between each room.
