Here is a useful utility which can extract graphics from .BMH , .TIL , .MIF , FXT, PBMPLUS, True Color RAW Data, and other graphic file formats. While intended for extracting graphics from the Lunatic Dawn games, this is a handy tool to have if you have Playstation, Windows game graphics, & other graphics which need to be extracted for editing.
