English and Italian patches of Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix by Xeeynamo.
To patch: Get the patcher (version 4 as of this writing) and either the English or Italian patch from http://xeeynamo.blogspot.com/2011/07/kingdom-hearts-ii-final-mix.html and place both in the same directory as your iso. You may want to back up the iso first, but drag the language patch file onto the patcher exe and type the name of your iso when required and hit enter. Your iso should now be patched.
