The Glory of Heracles was Data East’s answer to Dragon Quest. It’s basically the same type of RPG, just with an ancient Greek setting. It’s pretty cool. The series enjoyed a decent amount of popularity in Japan, spawning two NES games, two SNES games, and a Gameboy game. Beyond that, I can’t say much until some translating happens.

It’s the Glory of Heracles you all know and love, shrunk down to Gameboy size! This patch renders the game completely playable and completely in English. I hope you all have as much fun playing this game as I did working on its translation.
