Description:
This is an all in one utility written by Bongo’ of Stealth Translations. It’s becoming the preferred base ROMhaking tool as of late(2006). It’s many features include table making and handling support, script dumping and inserting, DTE, IPS making, and several custom SNES related functions. Definitely one of the best all in one hex editors available!

Reviewed By: KaioShin on 02 Aug 2009One of the few Hex-Editors that was specifically made for ROM hacking and it shows in the range of features it has. This program has proven itself invaluable to me in years of constant usage. It has a bunch of bugs, but they are all in the “annoying but not deal-breaking” category.
