Without this hack, I would have never considered to try out the original game. Since it was remade in Kirby Super Star, I didnt think trying the lesser Gameboy version was worth it. But once a full color hack came along, I knew I had give this a shot.

Surprisingly, I had a ton of fun with this: all the color choices fit the Kirby franchise motif and helped to distinguish between sprites and backgrounds at some points in the game. Minor issues like gradients and transitions didnt pop up on my radar at all until they were mentioned in other reviews; they dont impact the playing experience at all!

I highly recommend this to anyone looking to play the Gameboy Kirbys Dreamland or any fan of Kirby at all!
