Really good, but be aware of...

Ninja is really good, but note that creator.exe won’t prevent you from doing something stupid like making a patch with empty fields. So… you’re used to all these other patching formats like .BPS, .IPS, .UPS, & .xdelta, right ? …None of which require you to attach meta-data to the patch. So… You have a ton of patches to make, right ? And you think you’ll just skip this part & maybe do it later ? NOPE…

It will tell you that it has created the patch just fine.

But when you try to apply the patch (without meta-info), it will fail to load the patch & throw a .NET String exception (shown below):

String index and length OutOfRangeException

So… for applying patches, Ninja is awesome. If you want to CREATE patches, then just be aware that all the meta-data fields are REQUIRED when you create your patch.
