This hack changes Rockman’s name to his American name “Mega Man” in both the title screen and the text in the ending sequence.

The 0xED hex editor was used to change the text.

It’s already pretty obvious what this does. This doesn’t make too much of a difference but it’s still neat nonetheless. The Wily Wars does the same thing with the title screen so it’s cool seeing it on the NES as well.
