Sutte Hakkun is a cute, fun but deceptively hard puzzle game developed by IndiesZero, released for the Super Nintendo Entertainment system in 1997. The game has several Satellaview Versions but this is the cartridge version.
This is an English translation of Sutte Hakkun for the Super Nintendo.
There are a few grammar errors, but otherwise the translation is 100% done.

Just had to log in and thank the creators of this translation patch.
I haven’t had a chance to play it yet, but I’ve been playing the Japanese stock version (I don’t read or speak Japanese) and was still enjoying the game ‘as is’.
Well, without even playing a single second with this English patch, I can wholeheartedly recommend it because the game ITSELF is quite an enjoyable mixture of platforming and puzzle solving that is quite unique.
And now that it is in English, I can delve into the options a bit more and fully understand EVERYTHING that I was just taking guesses at before.
And like I said, I enjoyed the game in Japanese without speaking the language, I like it even more now that I have full understanding of everything in the game.
Thanks again for this!
100% recommended for everyone and especially those who may have wanted to try this game, but were put off by trying to guess through the Japanese language.
