This patch translates the storyline, pilot names, and control options. That’s it.

I downloaded this translation some time ago (now the link is broken). The patch seems to work, but the game freezes just after the first race in GP mode (tested both on VBA and real GBA). I don’t think it is a save issue since the unpatched ROM does not freeze. I hope the author could fix this issue.
