Chrono Trigger tech investigation help needed!

jsondag2 at the Chrono Compendium is coding a Chrono Trigger tech editor, and we need help identifying the various functions that determine tech properties. Basically this involves simply changing a byte or two in the Chrono Trigger ROM via jsondag’s tech editor and recording the resulting in-game tech effects. However, more advanced help in identification of enemy techs and figuring out how dual and triple techs are assembled is also crucial.
