I have recently picked up the original Fire Emblem as a project to do whilst I await a fully translated Chrono Trigger script.

Hacking shouldn’t be too hard, and I’ve got plenty of time to do it. However, I need a translator, badly. I’ve done a bit of small translations thus far (mostly item names, menus and the like) and DragonMasterX did a translation of most of the intro for me, and all looks great thus far. Also, KingMike had translations for the rest of the classes, so for now I’ll use those (expect to translate those yourself, I want everything to match style-wise).

Stuff that is done thus far:

• Changed the font to be the Castlevania III font. I love it. ^_^
• ALL of the class descriptions are in.
• ALL class names are hacked in, and fit correctly.
• ALL character names are hacked in, and fit correctly.
• Every item was hacked in using KingMikes double line hack! A bit of editing is likely to happen in the future to make the two lines look better together.
• I’m throwing around a few ideas for the title screen, but it’ll probably just remain the original.
