Looking for a translator for this epic game. Note: this will not be an easy job, as the game is pretty large and the original script may have lots of difficult-to-translate references and jokes.

I was taking a closer look at this game recently, and I noticed that none of the text was compressed, contrary to what I had previously believed. (At least, none of the during my step-through-the-debugger session was compressed).

There are 2 seemingly identical versions of this game - the original which plays on the memory-limited CDROM system, and a later re-release which tries to optimize use of the additional memory in Super CDROM systems. The former will be easier to work with, as the extra memory will in fact be used by me.

These two points make a translation seem feasible to me.

Current status is: script fragments found, but nothing is extracted yet.

I also noticed that the cinemas (well, the opening cinema at least) has program-driven subtitles which can be replaced… which would be a REALLY nice touch.

Let me know if you think you could do this game justice.
