This is a hack that enhances the characters in Seiken Densetsu 3. It gives them better color palettes, sprites, and menu pictures.

Here’s a list of changes, taken from Tenchi’s site:

Graphics Improvements:

• Angela now wears a bikini
• Angela has now much better eyes and actual eye colors instead of simple black dots as before.
• Lise now has improved eyes as well and real eye colors!

Color Improvements:

• All classes of all six characters!
• Valda, the Queen of Reason
• Koren, the Wizard of the Red Lotus
• Normal sorceress in Altena
• Normal Amazoness in Rolante
• Duran’s entire family
• The Fairy
• Entire population of Forcena
• Entire population of Maia
• Everyone in Rolante Castle
• Entire population of Palo
• Entire population of Astoria
