This is a complete hack of Final Fantasy 6. The changes are numerous, the sprites have been fully changed, so has the text, bosses, various enemies, equipment… Some things that people will notice pretty quickly, others that won’t be as easy to pick up.

I wanted to make a hack that was fair to the player, but that felt different enough from the original game. This is a bit harder then the original game, but not absurdly so, so it should be playable if you aren’t looking for a hardtype sort of game.

Feel free to try if you are interested! There’s more information available in the readme, but playing it for yourself is the best way to notice the changes.

The newest update fixes several typos, and also changes quite a few lategame enemies/bosses. They should be more interesting, now.

It also adds a couple new pieces of equipment, and has a few other minor balance changes.
