Description:
Liberty or Death is a strategy game made by Koei where you can play as the Americans or British to win the Revolutionary War.
This is an IPS patch for Liberty or Death (Sega Genesis version). This patch specifically gives enhanced body, leadership, tactics, and discipline stats (full 100 rating) to nearly all of the officers on the British side (both British regular army and British militia units). This modification does not guarantee that the British will win all engagements against the Americans so proper planning, management, and tactics are still necessary.
