This hack is a spin-off from the hack Pussy City Pimps, it continues the story for some of the characters from that hack. Additionally it hi-jacks and subverts the storyline for Double Dragon. The entire storyline has been changed. Much has been changed graphically. Every song in the game has either been completely replaced with a new autistic one, or been left in but made to hang out with a rough crowd until it picked up bad habits.
In what I believe is a ROM-hacking 1st, not only has the ROM been hacked, but the instruction manual has also been hacked. The instruction manual is about 2 MB in size to download. I dont think ROMhacking.net wants to host it, but it can be downloaded from I-Mockery.com within their review of this hack.
