Basically - small patch which eliminates STA $2001 = 11100000 making picture bright and colorful as it should be.
My guess is that originally dimmed down picture were intended to make kids’ eyes less tired from playing and in my opinion - but sadly results made it go to other extreme - dimmed down picture looks boring.
