Game Review - by (wraith)

This is a very odd sort of game. The idea of it is pretty simple. You’re an angel (presumably Marlowe), and there some flowers you have to grow. How do you grow them? Well, there’s this sun kinda thing that moves around the edge of the screen. Pushing the A button makes it shoot a ray from wherever it is on the edge of the screen to wherever you’re standing. Sound easy? HAW. There’s these mean, nasty farmer guys trying to thwart you by tilling the ground, because for whatever reason you just can’t walk on tilled earth. Sad, but true. And it doesn’t help that there is already limited space to move around in, and that touching the evil farmers kills you, and that you have to charge the sun thing up with the B button before you can fire flower-growing, farmer-destroying rays. And why is Angel Marlowe growing flowers? Beats the crap out of me.

Oh, and beware, almost every emulator has trouble running this game. WinGBC seems run it with the least amount of evil flickering, so that’s why I recommended it.
