Update By: nonme345

Good news about the Kanon translation project! It's now time to release the final version of the patch. Here are some words from NDT:
Quote
We wish to release the final patch on July 21, on Key's 10th Anniversary. That is one month from today. The cutoff date will be July 19th. I do hope that you, my friends, will see this to be reasonable timeframe to improve our work.

So, expect a finished translation soon!

Slightly off-topic, but Radical R and the gang have released a complete patch for the Plantine Dispotiff shooter(?) Bunny Must Die and a public beta for Space Dynagon another PD shooter. All that's left for the PD games are Gundeadligne and Dandelion. I think there's a good chance they'll take up PD's upcoming RPG that has yet to be released.

Any fans of radical R feel free to add (or edit existing entries) missing translations to our database. You guys know how it works around here. If it's not here, it's because nobody cared enough to add it.

OK, I'll add it sometime later.

EDIT: Bunny Must Die is now on the Submission Queue. Dynagon's still public beta according to them, so I won't submit it yet.

Uguu....

Uguu~! Don't copy me!

UPDATE: I just "acquired" a copy of the Standard Edition re-release of Kanon with the voices. Will the patch work on this version?

Also, will there be a guide on how to install the game and run the patch since everything is in Moonspeak and not self-explanatory?

Dunno (patch will probably work, actually, if the game is set up how I think it is), but screenies here or there would definitely get you on your way, since I don’t “have” a copy myself and don’t think anyone else wants to make ’em for you, apparently.

Perhaps now is a decent time to mention that Air is a current side-project of mine (not in collusion with any other Air project, though). These games have lots of text @_@

I also "acquired" Air as well.

I'm so stoked over this patch! I gotta buy some taiyaki to eat while playing this game!

You should try my recipe for delicious homemade taiyaki:
  • Using a spoon, scrape out the insides of a fish.
  • Fill the fish with chocolate syrup.
It's that simple!* For best results, serve chilled.

* You may need to cook the fish. I am not responsible for any disease and/or death that may occur as a result of this recipe. Note that I have never actually tried this. Personal results may vary, including but not limited to the precise level of "deliciousness" experienced.

You can buy taiyaki in bulk? I simply had it a few times from various foodstands when I was in Japan. Yeah, I suppose if I ate something that I liked everyday I might get sick of it eventually.

But not if it was really good. >.>
