Does anyone remember Ghosts n' Goblins?  You know, the one where you're a knight saving a princess from a demon king?  The one where you're naked if you're hit once and turn into a pile of bones after being hit twice?  Yeah, THAT Ghosts' n Goblins!

For those who don't know, this game was originally known as Makai-Mura (Demon World Village).  This patch translates the game to English.

What was changed?

Well, the title screen mostly.  The endings (fake and real) are full of "Engrish" which was cleaned up so that they make sense in English.  This may or may not be a translation per se, but the title screen was changed mostly, so... yeah.

There are four patches here.  (2 IPS and 2 BPS)

-Demon World Village (English).ips (Apply to Makai-Mura NES ROM - IPS format)
-Demon World Village (English).bps (Apply to Makai-Mura NES ROM - BPS format)
-Demon World Village B (English).ips (Apply to Ghosts n' Goblins NES ROM - IPS format)
-Demon World Village B (English).bps (Apply to Ghosts n' Goblins NES ROM - BPS format)

Yeah, the good old ghost n goblins games are my favorites, and dark souls! I can play those games for ever, no need for new games

The title screen could use some work. Something more menacing, also something that looks more like something Capcom would have made. For example:
