I want to develop a translation of my language (PT-BR) for the game Crash Bandicoot The Wrath of Cortex, gamecube version, already extract the game, but I can't find the translation files , if you can help me with tools for gamecube(recommends a hex editor, gc file explorer and so on).

Each game is gonna be different. The ELF file in the iso is the executable, and there is likely .REL files as well which are dynamically linked things. both of these may contain script files.

As for the rest of the files on the iso, those will vary depending on the game, and there's not really a consistent standard.
