I'm quite used to listening to English in a huge variety of dialects and accents (including Japanese).
I'm pretty sure (if not 99% positive) the dialogue says: "I promise... I won't come between you. I'll take your hands forever."
It doesn't make a lot of sense, so that 1% is me giving the translator the benefit of the doubt. Of course, I've seen a lot of cases where the so-called "translation" just needs to resemble English to be considered good enough, precisely because it'll have subtitles underneath (i.e. "Engrish").
