- When using Zero, performing Dark Hold, the game will crash.
- Same crash happened when using X.

- in "Display Fourth Armor Nova Strike on Pause Menu":
The readme says
"BIN Address:       36BF8
HEX Data Original:    FEFF42240300422C
HEX Data Modified:    FFFF42240400422C"
But now the actual hex displays at BIN Address:
36BF8
in the patched game are:
FE FF 63 24 03 00 63 2C


v2.0 BETA 18 bugs:
-Rank at pause menu is incorrectly displayed as rank MEH if return to title screen from pause menu once, and then load back to gameplay. Not sure if it's caused by reactivate Forth Nova Strike.


Also some extras:
Make Quake Blazer (Zero) able to destroy Prism Generator (The thing which spilts yellow orb and blocks the way to Firefly capsule):

Actually, the change you noticed on te Fourth Armor Nova Strike's code applies to all v2.0 releases. It's corrected now.

v2.0 BETA 19
- Fixed Rank not being displayed properly on pause menu
- Minor touchups to incomplete armors' mugshots 😳
- Minor edits to script (capsule dialogues, removed mentions of "nothing will happen until it's complete" and similar)



but it would be really nice having another download option with everything like the new script, modded bgms and all, but only having the opening song not changed... if possible =)

This has actually been requested quite a few times. Alright, I'll add it to the batch of alternate patches once v2.0 is done.

I actually modified it but got the value wrong. Should be good now.

v.2.0 BETA 23
- Reduced Falcon Armor dash speed boost.

A last minute adjustment I decided on my last testing. It was way too high. I actually meant it to be very subtle.

Bad news: The game breaks once again in v2.0 BETA 23. Falcon Armor 1) didn't show up after getting 4 parts if loaded from old save files (the result says Falcon Armor completed but no Falcon Armor in the armor selection screen before mission), while 2) in the Falcon Armor pause menu mugshot and HUD completely breaks if loaded the save file which already having Falcon Armor unlocked from previous builds.
I first suppose it's the game's code changed enough? And started a fresh new campaign again from power on, and find out it's the game that breaks.

Was your compiler managed to show you different results acediez?

v2.0 BETA 24 Typos:
- At Dinorex Capsule, Zero's dialogue don't match exactly the same as X's. X's version will say "...can break a certain type of bricks!" at the very last, while Zero's version says "...allows X to break a certain blocks!"
Not sure if it's a break caused by the latest changes or just a simple typo or something else.

X's campaign, no issue. Zero's campaign, no issue. Now to check bad ending and Enigma/Shuttle scenarios.

OK there's THE very last of text alligning error; At the Bad ending when X first talks about creation of Elysium, X's nametag temporary disappears, with the dialogue text takes up the nametag's place.
Again, I'm not sure if it's a break caused by the latest change or just a simple text alligning error or something else.

Finally! Phew!!!

Now to check if there's any remaining bug related to incomplete armors.

v2.0 BETA 25:
- Fixed invincibility bug caused by the cancellable F-Splasher code
- Minor text edits.

I finally got the F-Splasher bug injoon described. It had nothing to do with the double tap, I got it while dashing normally. It was very easy to trigger it when dashing into a corner and getting the attack cancelled immediately by touching the ground. Sometimes ground contact would glitch too and Zero would walk on air.
I think I managed to fix all of it.

The readme now includes instructions to reverse incomplete armors. That's because once v2.0 is done, that'll be the new stable, replacing the current v1.11.

Thanks for testing Aceearly! The fix for the last issue you found is on this build.

I just got done playing the last BETA on real hardware myself and I came up with a few adjustments, but I'm confident they won't affect anything else in the game.

v2.0 BETA 26:
- Incomplete Armors: Parts selection screen will now also display unarmored X until the armor is complete.
- Damage Tables: Falcon Charged Buster boost against bosses reverted.
- Falcon Armor: Dash speed boost removed.

I realized I got carried away by some of these. Mostly, I didn't test of how they would add up with Parts.
Falcon Buster + Quick Charge is a beast, the extra damage I gave it (to compensate for being smaller, I thought) become absolutely overpowered. The piercing property makes up for the size just fine.
Falcon Dash Boost felt more annoying than useful, combining it with Hyper Dash got very weird to control.
