Well, I found out I might not have as much time to work on this as I thought so I made a temporary change to the defensive counters just until I am able to work on the Roundhouse Kicks (If I am able to). There are a t least three more animations I would like to give him though: An intro, a front kick, his front sweep. I hope I have time to make them. Here are his defensive counters though. I've added these to the sprite sheet as well:

Added these to the sprite sheet. Also, I was playing Virtua Fighter and Capcom vs SNK 2 yesterday and decided to change the move command to the Ici, Ni, San move because I realized that doing the forward, forward, forward + P command 3 times in a row might be difficult, especially in a 2D game.

This was one of the harder ones to make. I have to thank fighters generation for the Makoto sprites I used as a base. And that's it for his specials, next up, his counter super and his taunt:

I only have 5 more movements left for him and he's done. Shouldn't take too much longer. I also wanted to add just a little more to Lee too.

Just finished this, pretty happy with the way it came out. I'll tell you one thing, converting Third Strike sprites into Alpha ones is tough:

I think the eyes needs to be a bit slightly bigger on portrait. iMHo

I was jus trying to make him look more like his SF1 portrait.

I've just added these, finally got to add the animations I had intended for the counters. This was a tribute to not only his SF1 standing roundhouse, but also the fact that the regular strikes in that game did a lot of damage.  I was thinking 8 of these could kill a Ratio 2 (Capcom vs SNK). Also, I've added supers to Geki's sprite sheet:

Just finished this, and I really only have 4 more movements to go for all of the characters, then I think I'm going to call it quits for a while.
