I been in th Romhacking world since 1997
« on: May 23, 2019, 04:34:51 pm »
In all my years , I've seen unreleased  betas where the image was everywhere and the physical no where

We all know this has always been a normal part of it all.

I cannot remember EVER , where a released game for Gamecube. (gt cube, the sequel to GT advance)

My guess the GC version was cancelled and releaed later for the wii instead.

Despite being a Japanese release GT Cube is 90% in English and can be enjoyed , cellm Shaded graphics and excellent controls

Awesome game
Captain Tsubasa 3 , 4th most downloaded Spanish translation.  Possibly the first Jap to Spanish translation instead of English to Spanish. There is no English version yet

Are you asking if there was an unreleased English beta of GT Cube?

I'm not familiar with the game, but it seems to be uncommon.
So far this is the only physical Japanese version I've found for sale.

From my understanding this game is a not as good, Japanese version of (or rather an attempt at) Gran Turismo for the GC?

That pretty much sums it up. The Wii version was quite heavily panned, so it's no wonder there was very little interest in the GC version of the game.

Japanese people in general seem to have less interest in backing up games. There are quite a few, mostly lower profile, Japanese games that don't have (good) dumps available. Even many more recent mobile platform Japanese exclusives seem lost. And when one is dug up it's usually by a western enthusiast.
