Might as well get rid of the whole moderation/Queue thing anyway since it doesmn't do much other then hold-up releases, there have been countless times that ROMs, pre-patched ROMs, links to torrents sites that are "piracy" etc. that get missed, just have people report and flag them afterwards.
Step back and think about that for a moment. You're only going to see what gets through. You're never going to see the improper submissions that don't get approved. Submission reviewers (thank you Zynk

) are human and do make mistakes, but most stuff does get caught.
And it's true that we only dig so deep. We don't apply the patches or inspect their contents. We wouldn't know that the patch contains a full bios dump (I don't even know how to confirm this). This is where the "community maintained" aspect of RHDN comes in. To that end, thank you mz! I would like to learn a little more about how you identified that the full (modified) bios was contained in the patch, though.
In cases where you see something like this, feel free to flag the submission as non-compliant and enter any information staff may need to look into the issue. And yes, a BIOS ROM is still a ROM.
