Pitfall and
Pitfall II are reknowned classics for the Atari 2600, but like any family, there's always that weird cousin. The
Pitfall family has that cousin, and its name is
Super Pitfall. Without the involvment of the original creator David Crane, Micronics gave birth to this game on the NES and included a slew of bugs and design flaws.
The game turned 30 years old as of recently. In celebration for its birthday, nesrocks decided to give the game a major facelift. New graphics, music, a save feature, and more! Definitely a hack worth checking out.
It's even David Crane approved!
