Double Dragon (Genesis) - Arcade Fix

This is a hack I made real quick. It fixes two major flaws with the Genesis port of Double Dragon. It fixes the enemies walking speed so they no longer mimic your movement almost exactly. It also prevents throwable objects from breaking too quickly.

Enjoy.

Hey MathUser2929!

Thanks for this hack.
I had no time to check it yet, but I wonder - does it make DD "more playable"?
I mean... DD on Sega Genesis is really really annoying. It's almost impossible
to fight properly. The controls are so awkward, strange, hard to operate.

I will test it later!

It doesn't make it play exactly like the arcade game, but it plays alot better.

Cool, are you planning to hack more MD/GEN games in the future?

I've mostly been hacking NES games, but I've been working on a new revision of my CV Legends hack lately.

I updated this hack. This version tightens scrolling when moving right so that you don't have to reach the end of the screen before it scrolls. Also attacks by enemies have been lessened to less annoying levels. I felt like somethings you get into endless button mashing as enemies constantly swing at you at times so I hope this is a good feature. If people feel it makes it feel less like the arcade then let me know and I may either make a patch to remove it or I may remove it all together.

There may be another revision if Tony Hedstrom comes up with a code to fix left scrolling so you don't have to be close to the edge of that screen for it to scroll.
