o_O that's some unusual rom info on that, Super Street Fighter II Palette Correction, hack.

Title : Super Street Fighter2
Country : USA and Canada
Maker Code : 08h
Checksum : 610Ah
Header Type : Old Header (not extended)
ROM Revison : 00h
CRC-32 : F16D5CE9h

so...exactly which type of super street fighter II rom is this for? i ask for clarification in case others who want to use this hack get confused as well.

maker code, checksum, rom revision...how is that in any way useful in telling if you have the correct rom file? header type...that's useless info as it should either just say whether it does or doesn't require a header.

most romhacks here have the necessary info like this (from Darius II - Enhanced Colors):

Darius II (J) [c][!]
CRC32: 25DFE62A
MD5: 4AB80160BA6811A48E0482C402941062
SHA-1: 93593E4014E13DB90FEDC1903A402C6F7D885A2F

in particular, the title with the (j), [c], and [!] are relevant pieces of info needed to find the correct rom for a romhack. i don't see how anyone will be able to find the correct rom for that street fighter hack.

The CRC-32 is good enough to identify the ROM (SHA-1 or SHA-256 would be preferable), but most of the other info is just noise. I don't even know what "marker" or "old header" mean.

Spoiler:

I'll submit an edit to add this info:

Quote from: Hasher
No-Intro Name: Super Street Fighter II (USA)
(No-Intro version  20130701-030720)
ROM/File SHA-1: 8E67787988024503C4ADEADD5FE50A340AA860D7
