Why does FCEUX's Trace Logger skip lines?

Why does FCEUX's Trace Logger skip lines when logging?

It's actually rather annoying, since I'm trying to locate a certain piece of code in the ROM so that I can hijack to my own code, and when I look into it manually, you have all of this code that is not showing up in the logger that gets executed.

You know, like it skips 109355 lines of code, or it skips 9935 lines of code.  WHY does it even SKIP code to begin with?  To me it seems like it defeats the purpose of having a logger.  I even messed with all of the box options, and it still skips lines.  By the way I'm using FCEUX 2.2.2.

Is there a way to get the Trace Logger not to skip lines?

Make sure the two options in "Extra Log Options that work with the Code/Data Logger" are unchecked.

Wow you're kidding me.  I've been checking the first box on the left for years.  I never realized that that was causing lines to be skipped.  I guess you learn something new everyday.  Thank you Disch.
