Not corrupted; the problem is, whoever approved that submission failed to correct the Dropbox URL so the Dropbox download page was saved by the RHDN bot and not the actual archive. Maybe some technological action should be taken to prevent this from happening (of the 'replace link on submission' variety).

I wonder if it would be a good idea to try and catch that problem by producing an error for download links that return an HTML document. Wouldn't work for readmes, since those could conceivably be HTML files, but it would probably prevent the vast majority of submissions where people link to a download page.

As long as Dropbox is exempted, since we know what's required to transform a Dropbox link into a proper download link, I'd be okay with this.
