I can't reckon why this hack I made and submitted here years ago doesn't work any longer. Maybe I didn't test it in the right way before.

Does anyone know what might be going on with this?

What I can tell you off the bat is that the text is not working properly. Once it gets to the part of the intro scene in which Mr. S (I think that was his name) is talking, there are spaces all over the place where they had ought not to be.

Clarification (if you can call it that) on the description that I gave for the hack [unrelated to the issue at hand. I just chose to put this here to clarify something I said in the description]:

I am fairly sure, though it is possible that it is not.
