Sound glitches (FF3us)

I'm adding new songs to my FF6 hack but some songs have glitches when I play them on certain emulators.

Here's a sample of what I'm talking about:

snes9X 1.51:
Bizhawk 1.8.4:
ZSNES 1.51: Song plays fine.
RetronN5 (real hardware): same result as Bizhawk.

Now I don't want my hack to be emulator specific so I would like to solve that problem. My new songs are in expanded banks (460000 and up) and the new instruments too (400000-45FFFF). I tried to relocate the song (FF0000) or use the FF6 original instruments but the results are the same. The song I used as an example is probably the worst, some have fewer gitches and some play fine. Does this problem could be related to the SPC-700 or would it be FF6 specific?

Any help toward fixing this problem would be great. Thanks!

Here's what I've gradually figured out about music glitches in the past semester from using hacking tools and SNESMod (see video description) -

If it sounds right in bizhawk, it will sound right on real hardware, so tune for that.
