For two months, I hear this game is really, really, REALLY close to completion. But the beta testing hasn't even started yet.

What are you guys doing? Doubling the content of the hack?

Unfortunately we lost the Metroids during the power outage.... The containment field went down just long enough for them to escape. We decided to move forward without them due to lack of time. (We can't be hassled with chasing down a bunch of free roaming Metroids).

I'm about ready to hand it off to Optomon so he can insert the custom sounds and new music but I don't want to waste his time so I'm doing a complete play through beforehand to ensure no game crashers exist. I've been crazy busy with real world obligations this week but I'll have that play through complete today (Friday) and if all looks good do a hand off to Optomon. After the music and sounds are inserted we'll just need to sort out the beta distribution and we'll go strait into the final testing.

I can imagine it must be pretty cool for all of you that are involved in the creation of this hack! it was back in 2014 you anounced it and it is finally getting finalized!
