Like, is it an old guy that runs as fast as Sonic? Or is it an old Decrepit Sonic that runs slow and throws his back out whenever he tries to spindash?  :D

PM stands for Private Message.

And it's a sort of mystery to me why that Media Fire ROM link in the original post was deleted, but my guess is it was because links to ROMs may be a violation of the forum rules.

It's possible he came from either Sonic Retro or Sonic Stuff Research Group, since those communities actually distribute their hacks as ROMs rather than patches.
