...The description on at least the first one talks about that. I think you might want to read those things before commenting, instead of after people point them out to you. ;)

If that is the case then why are games like Saya no Uta and Utawarerumono in the database? Is there some kind of exception for those entries?

IIRC, various FDS pirate games are also in the database that contain pornographic material. Granted, the technological limitations make them look silly, but it's pornographic nonetheless.

Ugh god...that's 5 minutes of my life I'll never get back.  I made the mistake of clicking on that hack link while looking for Duck Tales hacks.  And, I'm assuming you're referring to this hack?

Oh, and on topic that Detective Conan game looks interesting.  My wife will probably like it.  lol
