Hello, I'm trying to get the introduction down for this game and it's being a slight pain. If anyone is willing to help, I'd really appreciate it. I'd be glad to include your name on the RHDN roster as well as the end game credits.

Thanks again A LOT, the context is that there was a great power of the "World Tree" and the power was used by man, which caused war, etc. Then there were two children (or new children in the world) and that' a far as I've gotten.

(I took a guess on the second line. I think it's 待機中に満ち溢れた but I'm not 100% sure.)

was to bring energy to the entire world.

Part 2:

(The first line just says, "The cause of that may never be known" but I think その refers to the disaster described in the next paragraph. しょうちょう just means "symbol" by the way. I think "crown jewel" sounds better and helps tie into the comparison with a crystal in next line, though.)

Most of the script looks good, btw, but あたたかい (warm) is a completely different word than　たたかい (battle). I've been checking the intro using this Youtube video if I see a spot that looks incorrect. I love how the music in the intro is all happy and cute while the text is about war and starvation, etc.

the twins turned twelve years old.

With a heavy heart,
Kiel left the Armored Knights.
perhaps as atonement for what he
had put his wife and children through.

なんでもかなえるつもりだった.

She began training with Kiel

was standing in front of a spring.

It was a beautiful spring
that lie within a deep, deep forest.
This spring held many memories
of his mother.

キールのいないあいだ
アイリンは こどもたちをつれて
よく このいずみをおとずれた.

Irene had frequently taken the children
to visit the spring during Kiel's absence.

caught her eye.

She saw something nostalgic--
an intensely warm light.

ひかりは すぐにきえたが
しかし そのせんこうが
すべてのはじまりであったことを
ジェスは しるすべもなかった.

The light vanished quickly,
but Jess had no idea that it
was how everything would begin.

As she raced home, Jess
heard something shocking

おどろくべきことをきかされた.

from passersby.

つぎのしゅんかん ジェスは
ころがるように かけはじめていた.

"My house is...on fire?!"
In the next moment, Jess began
running blindly home, as if she
were tumbling.

(I'm not sure what かける refers to here,
but it sounds like Jess is quickly running home.)

 ひとびとのはなしは ほんとうだった.

What the passersby told her was true.

すでに いえのまわりには
たくさんのひとがあつまり ひっしに
ひをけしとめようとしている.

A crowd had already gathered around
her house, desperately trying to put out
the fire.

しかし ほのおのいきおいはつよく
ほとんど こうかはなかった.
ひとびとが あわてふためくなか
 
However, the flames were fierce,
and their efforts did very little.
As everyone panicked,

ジェスは まよわずに
ぐれんのほのおへとびこんでいた.

Jess dove into the crimson
flames without hesitation.

はげしいほのおのなかに
ちちおやを
キールのかげをみつけたからだ.
 
She had spotted her father Kiel's figure
in the midst of the raging fire.

 しんくのほのお.
そのいまわしいベールのちゅうしんに
ちちおやはたおれていた.

He had collapsed in
the middle of the horrid
veil of scarlet flames.

"Jess......"

かれのくちもとが わずかにうごいた.
くるしげな しぼりだすようなこえ.
ジェスは きがついた.
ちちおやのむねにひろがる
まっかなしみに.

His mouth moved little and his voice
seemed strangled and anguished.
Then Jess noticed it--
a deep red stain across her
father's chest.

Jess did not know.

The hand she grasped so tightly
simply grew colder and colder.

"Jess... I have something
to ask of you.
...Will you hear me out?"

ふるえるてが ジェスに

His trembling hand pressed
a gold pendant and a silver key
into Jess's hand.

the roar of the flames and
Jess's cries...

レジナのすがたは どこにもなかった.
かれが どこにいったのか
それをしるものは だれもいなかった.

Regina was nowhere to be seen,
and no one knew where he had gone.

ゆうひのなかで ジェスは
ぎんいろのカギをみつめた.
.. ..ふるい ぎんのカギ.

Jess examined the key
in the setting sun.
...It was an old key made of silver.

それは ちちからたくされた
たったひとつのねがい.
そして ちちとともに
おおくのせんじょうをかけぬけてきた
ユニトロンのかぎであった.

"This is Father's only wish, and
he entrusted it to me.
It's the key to the Unitron that he
used to tear through many a
battlefield."

(I paraphrased the second sentence. It literally says "the Unitron that tore through
many a battlefield with her father.")

そして きょう.
ジェスは
ユニトロンとともにたびだっていく.
ちちおやからたくされた
ただひとつのおもいのために.....

And so, on this day--
Jess set off on a journey with the Unitron
to complete the one wish her father
had tasked her with...
