icuGBA - Realtime memory analyzer for VBA-M (GBA)
« on: June 12, 2013, 06:36:06 pm »
Hi! I recently released the first version of my new GBA tool icuGBA, a realtime memory analyzer built upon VisualBoyAdvance-M. Here's a screenshot of it:

And a here's a YouTube video which shows it in action.

It's pretty straightforward to use. Green/red shows that a byte has just read/written, blue shows that it belongs to an instruction and has just executed.

Binaries and source available on SourceForge under GPLv3: https://sourceforge.net/projects/icugba/

I have always had a soft spot for visual tools and visual memory analysis is a great thing ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rpMpmm0nlEM being a great video/example). I shall definitely add this to my list of tools, I hope it is not as CPU killing as turning on real time memory viewing is something like desmume though.
