Finally... Every aspect of Pokemon Ultra Violet Version is finished. The Player's Guide has also been completed. While making the Player's Guide, it was a good time to test EVERY event, and find all the glitches.

You may have noticed some glitches in previous versions such as:

• No Pokemon were in the "Steel Maze" in the 4-points Catacombs.
• The statues in the Pokemon Mansion did nothing (game ending glitch).
• Kabuto could not be revived.
• Sneasle and Zigzagoon were not in the game.
• Many other small glitches (text issues or sound errors).

All of these and MANY more were fixed...

Also, some new events were added:

• Celebi has his own event.
• Defeating Celebi (not catching) gains you an egg containing a Pichu with volt tackle.
• Defeating the Elite Four re-spawns a defeated (not caught) Celebi
• BuriedAlive has been added (not in the Player's Guide, read the lore to find him)
• A few text modifications have also been made such as Oak's speech after you beat the Elite Four.

It is all up for download on the RHDN Project Page, and the Player's Guide (whether you use it or not) is also in the .rar file for download.

Meh. What I would REALLY like to see is a decent sprite hack. So far, I don't think one exists yet, as the sprite-hacks I've seen really sucked.

I haven't checked out your hack yet, but I'm impressed enough that you put together what looks to be a well thought out walk-through guide/PDF bundled along with it, that tells me you put some thought, effort and some care into this hack, so I'll definitely be checking this out when I have some time for a complete play-though of it.

as far as Overworld sprites: Other than the 6 sprites I had to add for the gen 3 legendaries all the other sprites are the same. (mew celebi and the 3 mystical dogs already had sprites in the game even tho they were not used)

the only other sprites I have changed are the glitch pokemon sprites... like the "??" sprite if you use a gameshark... I changed it to the white hand for one of the several "??" pokemon, and I also changed the team aqua leader front sprite to be buried alive... this is because team aqua is not in this game...

most of it was left alone because I tried to keep the Nintendo style... I have plans for a new hack that will probably change the sprites and tilesets as it will be a completely new story...

That's awesome, though I guess not having anything to help with the back sprites is a big setback.

meh, changing the back sprites would just require an artist to draw me up some sprites lol... but there is more to it... you also have the lil icons (in the start > Pokemon Menu) and really whats the point since many pokemon are male or female, the idea of changing only the front sprites is to give the player eye candy... While changing the back and icons would make for a fuller hack, it wont solve all the problems and it wont ADD to the eyecandy (which is the whole reason for adding sexy women to anything) so its not setting me back... its just... i have not bothered to turn those drawings into 64x64 sprites (will have to resize most of them and make new paletts)

For the icons in the party menu, I suppose you can just simplify it like how it shows in the first gen, with the idea that one icon can represent multiple Pokémon. I can forgive it for that hack, it's all about the front/back sprites.

lol ill have to find someone to redraw some of them... I also noticed that some (like aipom) had the pokemon with them... thats silly if they are replacing the pokemon... so thatll have to be fixed aswell...

I need help because i can´t play this hack and i have played all the other pokemon hacks. I start playing and it reaches the screen where it says pokemon ultra violet press start, when i press start the screen turns white.

Ok I found 1 Zigzagoon. Luckily I wasn't picky about lvl and just caught it, and good thing too because I didn't find another.
But still, I can't find a freaking SNEASEL!

It's because they're absurdly unpopular.

Of the people who would play Pokemon hacks, there's an almost pathological hatred of 'fakemon' as they're called.
