Whew! That took a little longer that I thought it would. Fun, though. I love the writing in Compile games. There's something about them that makes them a joy to translate. The Cotton games are the same way. Anyway, here you go:
[WMANTO 9]
Finally, I'll tell you this.
There's a rule here in the labyrinth.
If you lose in battle, you'll be punted out.
Allow me to demonstrate...
[WMANTO 9]
YAAAAH! HOO HOO HOO hoo eee...!*
(*
Screamed in the style of Disney's 1950's-era Goofy)
[Arle 6]
Wow!
That was a heck of a flight!
Guess I better remember that rule!
[Arle 5]
Hey, Mister Mantle man, could you move?
I gotta go find Satan and get those Puyo cards turned back into normal little Puyos.
[WMANTO 9]
Hm hm hm...
Satan's a radical devil.
He's so radical he asked me to give you a gift.
Here.
Have a Card Case.
[GETTING THE CARD CASE]
Got a Card Case
[Arle 6]
What's a "Card Case"?
[WMANTO 9]
It's for those cards you've been carrying around.
[Alt base]
Cards?
You mean the little Puyo cards?
[Alt top][WMANTO 9]
Exactly.
Let me tell you a little secret about those cards.
Inside each one is a sleeping monster.
You're gonna get attacked by enemies from here on in.
When you do, just call out a monster, and it'll battle alongside you.
We call that "summoning".
...Make sense so far?
[OPTIONS]
Totally!
Not a bit.
Not a bit.
[Alt top]
All righty then.
Let me explain it again.
[Arle 2]
Totally!
[Alt top]
All righty then.
Let's move on.
You can summon up to two monsters at once.
Plus, you get to keep your cards afterwards.
It's probably best to bring out two monsters every time.
[Alt base][Arle 6]
But I've only got one card!
[Alt top]
You can get more by defeating enemies.
But you can only carry up to six at a time.
If you want to carry more, use your Card Case.
When you put a card in there, it'll automatically get sent to the Card Bank.
[Alt base]
What's the Card Bank?
[Alt top]
It's a place that'll hold your cards for you for free.
You can keep up to 256 cards there.
You should go check the place out.
It's on the other side of the river above this mansion.
So, do you understand how the Card Case works now?
[OPTIONS]
Yup!
Nope.
I don't get it...
[Arle 1]
Tell me again.
[Alt top]
OK.
Let's try this once more.
[Arle 2]
I got it!
[Alt top]
Good.
Then let me tell you more.
There's one thing you gotta be careful about.
You can't use your Card Case to withdraw cards from the Card Bank.
You can only do it directly from the Trading Machine at the Bank itself.
[Alt base][Arle 6]
What's a Trading Machine?
[Alt top]
It's that thing right next to you.
I put a card in there for you because I figured you'd have a rough time with only one card.
You should pull it out.
Go ahead and give it a try.
[WMANTO 9]
How'd it go?
Did you get it out OK?
[OPTIONS]
Piece o' cake!
Piece o' sh--!
[Arle 5]
Nope.
Couldn't do it.
[Alt top]
OK.
Let me explain it again.
[Arle 2]
Yup!
Got it!
[Alt top]
OK.
Let's keep going.
So, you can summon monsters during a battle.
But you can also choose your monsters ahead of time by going to "Menu" and then "Battle Prep".
That way, they'll be summoned automatically at the start of a battle.
I recommend you keep two monsters selected at all times.
It's a good way to save time and effort.
Now, how about you try doing some battle prep?
[WMANTO 9]
How'd it go?
Did you do it?
[OPTIONS]
No problem!
No. Problem.
Nope.
I couldn't figure it out.
[Alt top]
OK.
Listen up.
Here we go again.
[Arle 2]
Easy as pie!
[Alt top]
When you want to bring up the menu, push the Start button.
Lastly, here are some words of warning about monsters.
[Alt base][Arle 6]
"Warning"?
[Alt top]
You can summon a monster as many times as you like.
Also, any HP or MP a monster loses in battle will be restored once the battle ends.
But if its HP get down to zero, you won't be able to summon it anymore.
You can summon it again if you visit the Trading Machine at the Card Bank.
Another thing...
Monsters whose levels are higher that yours might ignore your commands sometimes.
There's even a chance they'll attack you!
So be careful anytime you summon a monster.
Well, that's all I have to say.
Did you get all that?
[OPTIONS]
Completely!
Um, what?
Could you explain that again?
[Alt top]
OK.
Let's do this again.
[Arle 2]
Yeah!
Got it!
[Arle 1]
I didn't know these Puyo cards were so cool!
[Alt top]
Yep.
They're the coolest.
[Alt base][Arle 2]
Welp, I guess I'll go ahead and try this out!
[Alt top]
Sure.
Wait, what?
[Alt base]
Mister Monster ma~~~n!
C'mon out, Mister Monster ma~~~n!
[Alt top]
YAAAAH! HOO HOO HOO hoo eee...!*
(*Also screamed in the style of Disney's 1950's-era Goofy)
[WMANTO 9]
That was a mighty fine soar!
Startle you there, did I?
[Arle 3]
That'd startle ANYBODY!
That your secret move or somethin'?
[Alt top]
Maybe.
I'll tell you if you beat me.
[Alt base]
You got it!
It's ON!
By the way, there's a small problem with the Japanese in your script. All of the び's are showing up as べ’s.
