Really hard to read with that background.

エキサイトバイク ぶんぶんマリオバトル スタジアム4
Excite Bike  Bunbun Mario Battle Stadium 4
(Bunbun is the sound a motor makes - maybe purring, somtimes roaring; translating it literally sounds pretty stupid in my opinion, though; maybe something in the vein of "Offroad Mario Battle" would be better)

しばらくおまちください。
Please Wait.

はじめに
Introduction (literally: At the beginning)

「エキサイトバイク ぶんぶん
マリオバトル」は、フリー走行、
決勝、ジャンプコンテスト、
ボーナスゲームの4つで
得点とラップタイムを競う
オフロードバイクのレースです。

"Excite Bike Bunbun Mario Battle" is a racing game featuring offroad bikes where you compete for points and best lap time in the four disciplines Free Driving, Race*, Jump Contest, and Bonus Game.
(*決勝 means victory or finale, but I translated it as "race"; not sure what else it could be)

マリオやワリオたちと4つの
コースを速く走って、1位を
目指し得点を増やしましょう。

Your goal is to increase your points by completing four courses with Mario, Wario and the others as fast as possible, aiming for the pole position!

倒し、倒され、群がるライバル
を蹴散らして勝利をつかむ
熱いバトルが、またまた
はじまります!!

Plow through through your relentless* rivals, all the while knocking them over or getting knocked over, to ultimately claim victory in the hot battle that is again about to start!
(*it says "crowding" or something similar)

The rest of the translation provided by Pikachumanson:

マリオやワリオたちと4つの
コースを速く走って、1位を

Hmm... Looks like gibberish. Could be the alphabet. Where are you finding these at in the rom? Have you started changing the graphics in the game yet?

There is quite clearly text there. At least, it looks that way to me. I can make out some kanji combinations in at least the first picture. If I had more confidence knew more kanji and had more time, and knew/remember more grammar, I'd give it a try.

It begins with full sentences but soon dissipates into unintelligible gibberish because every character is only present once. It's pretty much impossible to do a full translation without a tilemap/screenshot.

To you, I say:
It begins with full sentences but soon dissipates into unintelligible gibberish because every character is only present once.

@Pikachumanson: I at least didn't dismiss it as just gibberish (nor did I call what I saw "an alphabet"). If this is anything like Super Robot Pinball, some of the things there are probably menu related*. Like LT said, though, without screenshots in-game, we couldn't really know.

*In SRP, the menu options were all out in the open and the text was literally part of the graphic. There were like two full kana tables, though. There was also some kanji on graphic that was like "Attack Up!" and "Defense Up!"

Yeah, it's definitely got some real messages in there, but it doesn't show repeat characters. You'd have to find the text in the game to figure it out.

Oopsies!

photo 3:
でのはこ = In the box; (de no)because (hako)box, tresure chest, bin, railwaycar.
スコアラツ プ予想 順位 = Expected rank score, Expected rank order, Placings... I think you get the meaning. Write it how you want.
点 = point
パワード = Powered

Photo 5:
それでは, 沈 0 が 12 つた= Goodbye, sink; in that situation, sink 0 but,the12 ivy 3.
I am a little confused about the kanji so I got two similar ones it could be.
汰 = Excessive, scour, wash out
次= next, sequence, following

I'll keep chewing on this. That's a lot of kanji and Kanji suck!!! I promise I'll have it for it you though! Sorry about discounting this as gibberish. Man, Garoth must be a wizard or something!

Thanks alot my friends for helping me.
Love you  :-*
I will try to play the game to the end and make other screenshots.
That screenshots were taken after the rom was decompress.
When the translation will be completed all of you will be credited.

P.S.: I hope that the game don't have secrets or something that I can't access.

Just because they're difficult doesn't mean they suck. Also, most of those are only sentence fragments that you can't just translate without the rest.

Especially the last one you got wrong; it's "それでは、決0が12った" (small tsu!) and it doesn't have any meaning because there are characters missing, obviously. I root for everybody studying Japanese, but with your level you should still definitely add a disclaimer like "I'm only practicing and am not sure if this is in any way correct".

No controversy caused. It was a stupid slip up on my part messing up that small tsu and putting up the big tsu instead! We are all still learning here. These guys have been around for years so I'm bound to take a few more lumps here and there.
