Character 2 (with bonus kanji):

ある森の奥深くに 自然を愛し 動物達を
愛している 優しい少女が父親と とても幸せに
暮らしていました。そんな少女にも少しだけ悩みが
ありました。少女にはりっぱな羽が生えていて
頭には大きな角が生えいていたことと この頃
炎を自由に操れるようになっていたことでした。
好きな言葉『自然を大切にね』
好きな人『お父さん』
口ぐせ『私おかしいのかな?』

A sweet young girl who lives happily with her father
deep within a forest. She loves nature and deeply
cherishes animals. For the most part,
her life is free of worry.

She has a splendid pair of wings and large horns
growing from her head. What's more, she has recently
gained the ability to control fire.

Her favorite phrase is, "Cherish the earth!"
Her favorite person is "Daddy."
Her catchphrase is, "Am I that strange?"

Also, please keep in mind I took a couple of liberties with the translation. Specifically, どうぶつたちをあいしている is "loves animals," but given the character I'd imagine it refers to her caring for animals and generally looking out for them.

Soon the super karate monkey death car would park in my space. But Jimmy has fancy plans... and pants to match. The monkey clown horrible karate round and yummy like cute small baby chick would beat the donkey.

Given that the verb for that one is あいする, I would consider wording it more strongly. The Japanese rarely hand out that verb without it meaning something BIG. Otherwise, it'd be 好き or 大好き, y'know?

Yep!!!あいする if i'm not mistaken means "to love" right??!! dunno why that word isn't used that much usually its 好き (like) or 大好き (also like but in a big way or such, can also mean favorite) even when saying i love you, 好き is used more commonly than あいする...oh well....

Well, I mean, technically, that's literally what they mean. But usually if someone says they love you, they'll use 好き or 大好き. Very rarely do you hear, for example, a married couple express their love using 愛する.

That's why I used "cares for" rather than "loves". 愛する seems...out of place here. I guess you could say she cherishes animals or something like that, though.

EDIT: I changed the wording of my original translation to better reflect the use of  愛する.

Funny story. I was completely drunk at an end-of-year work function when one of my completely drunk co-workers (male I might add) stumbled my way and let out a rather loud 愛してるぜ!followed by a bear hug.

He was a little red in the face when I saw him again on monday morning.

I've got a couple of suggestions for changes here.

Character 1:

However, since (he/she) wears a mask, no one knows (his/her)
true identity.

"There are few who know his/her alter ego or have seen him/her unmasked."

Character 2:

"A sweet girl who loves animals and nature. She was living with her father deep in the forest. However, she had a few slight problems. She had grown large horns and a splendid set of wings, and just recently, she had gained the ability to control fire."

I think it's best to just use "love" here. Anything else sounds pretty forced and unnatural IMO. Though I guess it might be OK to use "a sweet girl with a great fondness for animals and nature".

Also, here are a few thoughts on (大)好き versus 愛する. As other have already pointed out, 愛する carries more serious connotations than 好き. For example, my wife and I say 好き to each other multiple times a day almost as a greeting, but we only use 愛する when we're talking seriously about our commitment to each other or to our family.

On the other hand, though, 好き can sometimes be taken as more serious than 愛する. As awkward as the situation probably was between geishaboy and his co-worker, it would have been weirder had his co-worker said 好きだぜ. By saying 愛してるぜ, he was obviously exaggerating, but if he'd said 好き, it could've been taken as serious because it could have been more plausible, depending on the way in which it was said. Although I'm guessing that either phrase would've been uttered in a drunken shout, so the effect might actually have been the same either way. :)

tl;dr: I guess you could say that 好き means "x makes me happy", and 愛する means something like "I care for and am deeply committed to x". So, Character 2 probably doesn't just like to play with animals (好き), but she likes to care for them as well (愛する).

One more thing about the character bios. In general, the info at the end about favorites and catch phrases should probably look as follows (i.e. as labels and colons instead of sentences):

Favorite saying:
Favorite person:
Catchphrase:
