Actually, the definitions I've seen say specifically that they may or may not include a physical assault.
This was my logic for my decision:
I thought that mug didn't include an attack by definition or if it did it should come after getting the goods.
I thought about plunder, that it carries a connotation that it would always include an assault all be it on normally a large scale. If that makes sense.
Also, I'm splitting same named abilities that have different effects since this documentation I'm doing encompasses the entire FF series.
However if it can include an attack, especially if you don't differentiate whether it comes before or after the theft, then I can't say no to it.
